WARRANTY UNDER -TAKING
Every product is sold in good condition and in good faith for its smooth function. However in case any product does not work properly, it has a WARRANTY.
The product and period of their Warranty mentioned in our quotation or on our invoice, assure limited Warranty against all kinds of manufacturing defects. However Warranty will be void on any product returned as a result of following reasons.
- Mishandling, abuse, alteration, poor packing and other dampening measures on retuned items that caused damage.
- Operation or use of products in an application or environment other than that it is intended or recommended by Supplier/manufacturer.
- Bad Sectors due to shocks / electrical stress and virus attack damages are not covered under warranty.
- Accessories like mouse, keyboard, speakers or Printer Heads have only check Warranty. All consumables like Ribbon, Toner etc are without Warranty.
- Damaged, broken or burnt items or violation of Warranty stickers from suppliers or manufacturers void the Warranty.
- No Warranty for defects caused by subjecting the products to the level of commercial use especially for CD Writers or DVD Writers or unusual physical or electrical stress.
- No warranty on softwares or problems related to softwares. Only genuine original softwares are acceptable for test or installation.
- Warranty on O.D.D. is for 10 months.
To claim the Warranty, products brought must be returned in anti static bags/ original box/packing, alongwith product’s bill/invoice copy, Warranty cards and problem description in writing. Products brought must accompany with their original drivers also.
- Products brought within 1 to 15 days shall be returned with in 5 to 8 days.
- Products brought for Warranty after 15 Days from purchase date will be returned with in 5 weeks, after repair/service/replacement as the case may be.
- If at all, for any legitimate reason, product needs to be billed back, than 10% per month charge will be deducted for period already utilized.
- If at the time of Warranty claim, the same model item is not available with warrantor, the customer will have to accept alternate item. In case of upgraded or better alternate, customer will pay appropriate difference.
- Conditions not mentioned herein shall be referred for application and interpretation to Computer Vendors Association, whose rules & decisions shall prevail.
SERVICE AFTER EXPIRY OF WARRANTY PERIOD
Repair and replacement of parts of the sold equipment, on cost basis, is assured even after expiry of warranty period.
