Our Shipping/Forwarding Procedure
For Lahore Customers:
After you have made payment of our invoice for your required items, order will be prepared and packed for you, either for your personal pick up from our office or delivery to your given address as the case may be. In case we deliver orders at customer's given address, only Rs. 300/- will be charged for local/Lahore delivery. Orders over Rs. 10,000/- will have no delivery charges.
For Out-of-Lahore Customers
Soon after receipt of your consent to purchase and confirmation of receipt of online payment in our bank account, required items along with invoice will be packed for transport to your city and copy of courier/cargo slip & invoice, will be sent to you thru fax or by email. Upon presentation of these copies you can collect your goods in your city from office of concerned transport co.

Returns & Exchange Information

Our Returns & Exchange Policy
If the product is found to be defective or does not satisfy the Customer, he or she may return the product for replacement within 24 hours of purchase to the following address: Panorama Computers, 42-LG, Hafeez Centre, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. Products once sold are non-refundable, but they can be replaced or exchanged, if the wrong product is mistakenly delivered or the product has some manufacturing fault. Please contact us if any product has any manufacturering fault, Panorama Computers will honor its replacement or exchange only as per its warranty terms and conditions.
To see warranty terms and conditions click here If the Customer wishes to change or cancel paid for order, he or she must notify the Company about this in written form. In such cases, the Company guarantees the Customer delivery of another product, or credit for other purchases on the Site or a refund to the amount of non-supplied products only. This section gives the Customer exclusive right for a reimbursement |
