Ans: The warranty limit of each product is mentioned in invoice copy, which will be given to you when you will receive shipment.

Ans: Some companies offer extended warranties not every one. So you either have to visit the products home page or you may contact us.
Q4: How and when warranty will be void?

Ans: Yes we have everything with warranty, but warranty period varies product to product.
Q6: Could software be claimed for warranty, if I get software related problem?

Ans: Place your orders at least 48 hours before delivery. Delivery is subject to approval and confirmation of your payment. We do our best to deliver the product in shortest possible time, but sometimes we may fall short, due to:

Ans: Before the delivery, we are responsible for safe handling of the products.

Ans: Normally we take 3-4 working hours to process the offline orders if you order within office hours. But order will not be delivered until your payment is

Ans: We start processing just after you order, but it may take 2-3 days in case of un-availability/shortage of product

Ans: You can send us your enquiries or you can contact us by Phone/Email/Fax, We will promptly give you the availability status. On our shown inventory ,products which are with *** sign, may need the confirmation of stock. Otherwise the products at webportal are mostly available in the stock.
Q4: Do the products have genuine sealed box or it will be in open packing?
Ans: Panorama ensures you the product which will be delivered will be brand new and it may be unsealed because sometimes we need to stick our own generated barcodes on it.
